This last Sunday December 16, 2007 the Board of Directors for USA
Speedway met in Pasadena Ca. Among the 26 items on the agenda the
Board made decisions on the following.
USA Speedway will start a rider points fund for 2008. The Board is
budgeting a minimum of $3,000. but believe we can double that amount.
We are being conservative because the Board does not yet know how
much money will be coming in or how many tracks will be participating.
With every membership USA Speedway will supply. A membership card, a
2008 rule book, a USA Speedway tee shirt & decal.
USA Speedway Now, our official website will be taken over by Ryan
Evans. We hope to be up and operational with new content around the
first of the new year.
Call for a immediate meeting of USA Speedway's rules committee. There
are several changes and clarifications that need to be worked out
prior to the rule book printing next month.
Approve a free barbeque, awards banquet to be held at "The Grand' on
January 13, 2008.
