2008 Speedway Long Track National Championships, 5/24 & 25
    The 2008 Speedway Long Track National Championships will be held again this year on May 24 & 25
    at the Stark County Fairgrounds in Canton Ohio.

    This is a half mile track and the promoter is former Dirt and Ice Speedway star Scotty Brown. It pays a
    $3000. purse.

    The Speedway Long Track National Championships is a sanctioned AMA/USA Speedway event and
    the winner will receive the AMA # 1 plate at the end of the year and be honored at the AMA Awards
    Ceremony in Las Vegas and our USA Speedway Barbeque/Awards Ceremony.

    For you California riders looking to add a very prestigious title to your resume this event is well worth
    considering.
