The following individuals presently serve as Founding Members on the USA Speedway
Board of Directors. Elections will be held in the fall of 2007, and subsequently every two
years, to phase this board, which was appointed by the AMA when USA Speedway was
created, into an elected board.

Composition of the board is as follows:
  • 4 Individual Directors from the roll of individual members
  • 4 Industry Directors from the roll of industry members
  • An AMA Director appointed by the American Motorcyclist Assn.
  • USA Speedway's Executive Director (non-voting)  
  • Officers are elected each year by their fellow Directors
